Rainy Mornings and Returning Friends

Riley Dog Boarding at Stoney Horse Acres West Columbia

Riley Enjoys a Chew Toy Outside

Today at Stoney Horse Acres, the day began with rain-soaked skies, but by midday, the sun broke through, allowing us to enjoy some chilly yet refreshing time outdoors.

Panda & Twilight

We said goodbye to Panda and Twilight, who have been wonderful guests during their stay. It’s always bittersweet when it’s time for our visitors to head home, but we hope they’ll come back soon!.

Apollo and Leia return

In exciting news, we welcomed back Apollo and Leia for their second stay. It’s always a joy to see familiar faces return to the farm—there’s something special about building that ongoing connection with our animal guests and their owners.

Leia enjoying hers too!

Alaska completed a meet and greet

We met sweet Alaska today

Today, we had a special meet and greet with Alaska, who will be staying with us for the first time this weekend. She’ll be our first deaf dog guest, and it was impressive to see how well she responds to hand signals. We’re excited to welcome her to Stoney Horse Acres and make her stay a great one. We’re looking forward to getting to know her better and making her feel right at home.

Another busy day

Even though the temperatures were brisk, it was a rewarding day filled with farewells, and welcomes. Life at Stoney Horse Acres is always busy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
